Welcome to the world of storytelling , let’s begin. That night, there was a lot of commotion in the city . The popular Golden Lights club was overflowing with young people who had come to relax after a long week of work. Inside there were colorful lights flashing across the floor, loud music shaking the walls, and the sounds of people laughing, shouting, clapping, and shaking their bodies.
The scent of alcohol, perfume, and cigarette smoke filled the air, giving the city’s youth nightlife a peak. In one corner there was a table with four young people laughing as if nothing in the world could ruin their happiness. In front of the table sat a young man named Hans. A young man famous for his love of fun, noise, fashion and everything of the night.
Hans attracted the attention of many people with his appearance. A clean white T-shirt that fit well on his chest, a blue shirt that made him look good, and a large silver chain around his neck that sparkled under the disco lights. Her hair was braided in a modern style that perfectly matched her luxurious lifestyle. Hansa was 30 years old [musically] but his mannerisms made him seem like a 22-year-old.
He often didn’t care about schedules, he didn’t care about tomorrow, he didn’t care about progress. Pleasure for him was like breathing air. He was laughing and telling stories with his three friends, drinking his energy drink while banging the table with joy due to the song that was playing. As they shouted and competed to toast their drinks, Hans’s eyes suddenly caught a glimpse of an image that seemed to stop as if the world had stopped.
An extremely beautiful girl passed by their table. She was wearing a white dress that was tight at the waist and went down to below the knees, her legs shining as if they had their own light. Her long hair was oiled and fell on her shoulders in a beautiful flow. He walked with a calm and charming manner that caught the eyes of anyone nearby.
Hansa remained motionless, squinting for a few seconds without even blinking. His friends looked at him, laughing hysterically. Hans was robbed of his soul? But Hans paid no attention to their words. Inspired by a sudden emotion that he hadn’t even planned, he slowly stood up, took a deep breath, and went straight to where the girl was.
With a polite and confident smile, he was struck by the sweet scent of her perfume and said, “My name is Hans, I don’t know what your name is, my friend.” The girl looked at him, gave a slightly shy smile, then answered him in a sweet, seductive voice. My name is Sofia. The name struck Hans as a beautiful nighttime music.
They began a quick conversation, with Sofia appearing cheerful, gentle yet confident. They laughed as if they were old friends. Hans found himself forgetting even though he came with his friends. Sofia seemed like something new in his comfortable world. They sat at a small table on the side and chatted about work, life, fashion, music, and even funny things.
Hansa kept looking at Sofia, wondering why she had only met someone like this today. Sofia, although she was restraining herself from showing , seemed to enjoy the closeness. After a few minutes, Hans called the waiters to bring more drinks. They drank and laughed and finally Hans pulled Sofia onto the dance floor.
They went roaring, they played music with a unity that seemed like they had known each other for years. Sometimes Sofia laughed trying to avoid Hans as he tried to spin her around. But they all continued to enjoy the night. As the hours passed, their conversations became more intimate and more familiar.
And for Hans that night seemed like the beginning of something new that he hadn’t even considered when [the music] came in and that’s when the fun night began to turn into another unpredictable journey. The night had gone by so fast. The music inside the club was still playing. But Hans began to feel his body tired and his head a little dizzy from the drinks he had drunk.
He approached Sofia gently and spoke to her in a low but emphatic voice. Sofia, let’s go and rest for a while. Sofia looked into his eyes for a few seconds, seemingly wondering if it was the right decision. But the uniqueness of that night and the way they were enjoying their time made him agree.
Okay, let’s rest. He replied with a smile. Hans went to say goodbye to his friends who were laughing at him, thinking he had found a good night’s sleep. They jeered at him a little jokingly, but Hans didn’t care. All his eyes were only on Sofia. They went outside and the gentle night breeze hit their faces [with music], giving them a sense of calm from the noise inside.
They got into Hans’s car, a black Toyota Mac X that was so well-polished that it shone even at night. Hans opened the door for Sofia politely. Something that made the sister smile and see that even though Hans is a recreational drunk. He still had a certain unique personality. As the car started to leave, Sofia looked out, seeing the city streets silent.
The streetlights gave off a yellow glow as a fine dust rose as they passed. Their conversation slowed down a bit and they remained listening to the soft music that was playing through the car speakers. Hans would occasionally glance at Sofia out of the corner of his eye, laughing to himself for no particular reason as if that night had brought him a joy he had never felt before.
But when they reached [the music] in the middle of the quiet road, the car suddenly started to act as if it was shaking. Hans stepped on the oil, it didn’t continue. He responded by opening and closing it again and the engine turned off automatically. Oh, this now. Hans complained a little.
Sofia raised her head and looked outside, and that’s when her heart started beating fast. They were in a quiet, deserted area and in front of them were white slabs standing like tall stones. Cemeteries. Sofia was shocked and took a deep breath. Hans, where are we here? Why is this not a good place? He asked in a frightened voice.
Hans, who was slightly drunk, didn’t want Sofia to worry. He laughed that evil laugh of pretending to be brave. Don’t be afraid, beautiful, it’s just a car that’s disturbing [the music], nothing else. Let’s go down and take a look . They all went down and a strong wind hit them and made Sofia’s clothes shake. It was unusually cold for that season.
The tombstones looked like dark masks that silently watched them . A little further away, the Owl made a sound that startled everyone. Sofia looked at Hans and said, “Hans, this is no place to stay even for a minute. Let’s get back in the car and call for help.” But Hans, with that drunkenness of power and that careless heart of pleasure [of music], approached Sofia and took her hands.
“Stop being afraid, I’m here,” he said in a paralyzed voice. But the smell of alcohol was clearly emanating from him as he approached her. Within seconds Hans began to pull Sofia closer, caressing her cheek with a drunkenly warm hand . Sofia tried to say something. Hans, no, not here. But Hans had looked at him with the same eyes he had looked at the club.
Eyes of intense nighttime desire. He slowly approached her and kissed her on the mouth with deep passion. Sofia trembled and tried to pull away a little but the sweetness of the sudden kiss, the excitement that often occurs between new couples, began to take over her fear. Hansa continued to caress him and grabbed his waist, pulling him closer.
Sofia, confused between fear and feelings of love , found herself falling apart. Five minutes didn’t pass. Their bodies began to lose track of where they were. No one saw the grave beneath them. No one heard the the wind was blowing around as if it were talking. They all found themselves as if they had fallen into another world of romance.
A world where there are no rules, no fear, no thinking [of music] about tomorrow. It is a breeze, a breath, a warmth and a desire. They slept on the grave without even knowing whose grave it was . They began to make love while their minds were enveloped by the darkness of the night and intense desire that blinded their eyes.
As they continued, the wind began to blow at an unusual speed . They still didn’t know that they had crossed a line they shouldn’t have crossed. They did not know that that night had other witnesses who were not of this world. And that’s when their terrifying journey began without them knowing.
At first, they were continuing their romance, completely intoxicated by the different world they had fallen into. A world that didn’t care if they were in the middle of a cemetery. A world that had no [musical] limits of wisdom or fear. They were overcome with intense emotions, each forgetting themselves in the other.
But suddenly, as if someone had turned on a radio that had been turned off for a long time, the sounds of people laughing seemed to come from an incomprehensible place. That laughter was unusual. It was not the laughter of but the joy of humanity. It was strange, terrifying, with a mixture of lots of noise.
Male voices, female voices, thin and heavy voices. All coming together at the same time as if there was an invisible group watching them. Hans and Sofia were shocked. Their bodies immediately trembled, their breathing became heavy, and the feelings of love instantly vanished. They looked around for the source of the laughter but there was no one there.
The cemeteries were silent, a strong wind blowing gently and darkness filling like a heavy blanket over the sky. Sofia grabbed Hans’ hand tightly. Did you hear that? He asked in a voice filled with fear. Hans, still not quite sure what to do, tried to look around. “Maybe it’s the wind,” he said, pretending to be brave.
Although his eyes were filled with fear. The laughter suddenly disappeared as if it had never existed. A heavy silence fell over the area, making their every breath even heavier. They looked at each other for a moment and then Hansa tried to laugh a little to calm Sofia down.
It will be a joke of some scoundrels around here. But Sofia didn’t feel safe. There was nothing funny there. The place itself was eerie beyond description and he felt like something was completely missing from them. They tried to continue where they left off, but the feelings had subsided. A few minutes later, without any warning, the sky began to emit an extremely bright .
Not the light of lamps, not the light of cars, not the light of the moon or stars. It was a white, bright light with a strange warmth that gave the impression of time changing. When they opened their eyes, they found themselves in a great surprise. It was morning, no night, no darkness, no signs of the 9am they had a few minutes ago.
Instead, the sun was high, birds were singing in the distance, and the morning light seemed to come in a split second without even a moment’s pause. Hans was shocked and got up eagerly. No, it’s not possible. We were at 9a at night. How has this morning turned out in one minute? Sofia started to tremble.
Tears began to gather without him even wanting to. Hans, I can’t stay here even for a second. Please let us go. ” Please,” he said in a broken voice. Hans also began to experience real fear for the first time that night. It was obvious that something unusual was happening. Something that goes beyond alcohol, beyond music, beyond common sense.
Hurry up, hurry up . They put on their clothes that they had thrown away. Sofia’s hands were shaking with fear, often unable to properly dress due to the shaking. Hans said nothing more. He was afraid to even hear his own voice. When they finished, they ran towards the place where they left the car.
But when they got there, they froze in place. The car was not there. There are no circumcision marks. No oil was spilled. There is not even a shadow to indicate it was there. It’s as if it never existed at all. It’s like it was erased from the world for a second . Sofia started crying loudly. Hans, we are bewitched, we are bewitched, this is not a good place.
We are burning here. Hans do something. Before Hans could answer him, before he could even find a word to search for. Suddenly the ground shook like a very heavy person. He took action. They turned for a second to see what was behind them. A huge snake longer than the length of three cars.
His body continues to climb over the tombstones. His teeth were long like knives and his eyes shone like fiery stones. The snake looked straight at them without blinking. Then he made a terrifying sound. The sound was a mixture of thunder and whistle within a second. He seemed angry as if they had crossed a forbidden border for centuries.
Before they even thought, the snake quickly curled up as if preparing to jump and run. Sofia Hans screamed louder than her usual [musical] voice and then their terrifying journey began, a journey to run for their lives into the endless tombs. Hans and Sofia ran away without even looking back.
Their feet hitting the cemetery ground at a speed they had never run faster in their lives. Their hearts beat fast. Their breathing became heavy and their eyes were filled with extreme fear. They passed between tall tombstones. Some were broken , others had been abandoned for years, and some were half-submerged in the ground as if they were being swallowed by the earth.
When they had taken a few steps, they suddenly no longer heard the sound of the large snake that was chasing them. There was no thunder, no rustling of the bushes nor shaking of the ground. Everything was silent. An unusual silence. A silence that made even their breathing sound unusually loud. Sofia, struggling to walk, said in a trembling voice.
Hans, have you seen where he got lost? Where has the snake gone? Hans, whose eyes were darting around rapidly, replied in a voice that had a hint of fear. I don’t know, I don’t know at all. But we must not stop, we must continue to find a way out of here. They continued to run now at a slower pace but still with the speed of someone in danger of death.
But something terrible slowly began to manifest itself. Every time they turned in any direction, they found themselves right there . They passed a red grave with a broken cross. They remembered what they had seen at first when they ran away. They tried to go the other way through the rocks and bushes.
They found themselves arriving at the same [musical] grave. They even tried running in different lines, saying to go left, to go right, but they always ended up in the same place. Sofia began to cry, tears flowing uncontrollably. Hans we are not leaving here this is curse. Hans, we have been fooled.
Hans, even though he was braver than Sofia, also began to waver mentally. He didn’t understand what was happening. They were like they were locked in an endless circle. A circle that was not humanly normal. They continued running, this time passing through a small forest of dried bushes. The air became heavy and the temperature suddenly rose.
When they stopped their steps for a second to look in another direction, they saw something standing on a large stone. It’s a bird, not an ordinary bird. A large bird with black feathers that shone like coals of fire . Ruby-red eyes and large pupils that made his eyes look like they were looking through their souls.
Hans froze in place. Sofia held his hand with the last strength she had. The bird flapped its large wings twice and then without even a moment’s hesitation asked in a human voice, “Where are you going?” The sound shook them to the bone. It was not a normal sound. It was not the sound of an ordinary creature.
It was a deep, harsh voice with a laugh in it. A sound that entered their ears and shook like metal being struck. Sofia curled up like a little child and cried with even louder. Hans. Hans the bird is talking, he sees us, Hans, how will we get out of here? Hans didn’t know what to do.
He didn’t know whether to look at the bird or calm Sofia down. The situation was beyond his ability to understand. He felt like his mind was about to explode. The bird sighed heavily and then slowly began to laugh. The laughter was loud, harsh, of mockery. The laughter that made them lose the strength of their legs.
Then suddenly for just a second he disappeared. He didn’t jump, he didn’t run. He disappeared into thin air as if he were not part of this world. Hansa grabbed Sofia’s hand and said fiercely, “Sofia run. We can’t stop here. Run. Run right now.” They took off running again, this time longer than the one they started with.
But something even more terrifying happened at that moment. Darkness descended suddenly. Not a normal darkness. Not a sunset. Not a shadow. The darkness came as if someone had turned off the world’s switch. The sun disappeared. The morning light was erased. And within just 10 seconds they found themselves surrounded by thick darkness.
A darkness that was heavy. A darkness that made even breathing a chore. Sofia screamed. Hans I can’t see a way. Hans we’re going to die. Hans also found himself screaming in fear. Just run. Just run. they screamed as they ran into the endless darkness, their bodies colliding with rocks, bushes and even tombstones.
But every time they ran they never saw the beginning or the end. They were trapped. They were lost, they were They were overcome by invisible forces. After running for a very long time, Hans and Sofia’s bodies finally began to lose strength. Their legs continued to spin aimlessly. But their strength gradually diminished until finally they found themselves unable to even take another step.
Sweat had poured out of their entire bodies. Their breathing was heavy like a person carrying stones and their eyes were burning with excessive fatigue . When they finally collapsed to the ground between the tall tombstones, sitting on the soil mixed with rotting leaves. There was no hope anymore. The darkness around them had squeezed their thoughts, sucked out their last strength and made them feel like they had reached the end of their lives.
Sofia, curled up like someone freezing in the cold, said in a weak voice, “Hans, we won’t be able to get out of here. We’re already dead.” Hans, without his usual firmness, put his hands on his face and cried quietly. His voice was only a little hoarse. Sofia, I’m sorry, I don’t want us to die like this, but no one had the strength left to encourage each other .
They sat in silence for several minutes, listening to the heavy silence that had settled. The whole world seemed to have forgotten them. There was no wind. No birds, no animals. It was dark, silent and scared. Suddenly, a loud, sad laughter erupted behind them. [laughter] They both jumped cautiously. Eyes narrowed with tears and there they saw the huge dragon.
The dragon that had been chasing them at first was standing behind them. Terrifying words came out of its wide mouth. Hahaha. you’re running but you can’t get anywhere. This is not a place for humans and you had no right to enter here. Sofia began to cry loudly, tears streaming down her face .
Please, please help us, we don’t want to die, we apologize. Hans also sat down, knelt down, and bowed his head. respectfully. Sorry we were wrong we didn’t know. Please forgive us. The dragon smiled his big eyes shining like hot coals. He took a step closer then lowered his voice harshly. You humans have the same character.
You bring your desires even where you are not allowed. You have crossed the line. Sofia trembled uncontrollably . We apologize. We will not do it again. Please don’t kill us. Please. The dragon’s laughter stopped. He watched them lie down like dead people. Then his voice became heavy.
I don’t want to kill you but don’t forget and don’t repeat the act you did this is not your place to play. You have been given your life back today but don’t cross the border of these graves again at night. His words pierced their hearts like a knife of ice. Hans and Sofia continued to bow down saying together. We promise.
We promise we will not do it again suddenly. The ground shook for a few seconds and a strong wind passed through between their. The heat suddenly rose and the darkness began to recede with a strange light appearing in front of them. Before they even understood what had happened, Sofia screamed in surprise. Hans, look. Hans, look.
When Hans raised his head, his eyes widened in surprise beyond description. Their car, Hans’s car that had suddenly disappeared at first, was standing in front of them. It wasn’t very far away . It was there, shining slightly like something reborn. Both of them couldn’t even speak. Sofia cried but this time not out of fear but out of joy.
Hans held his head with both hands, tears streaming down his face in gratitude. My God, we can’t believe our car. Sofia let’s go let’s go. They stood up quickly despite the exhaustion that had left them unable to even stand a few minutes ago. The will to live gave them new strength. They ran towards the car as far as they could.
They skidded to a stop and ran again. When they reached the car, they didn’t waste a second. Hans opened the driver’s door with force. Sofia opened the passenger door on his side. They climbed in like people running from a fire. As they closed the doors they looked behind them. The big snake disappeared. It didn’t run, it didn’t dive, it didn’t fly.
It disappeared miraculously as if it had never been there at all. Hans started the car with trembling hands. This time the engine started without hesitation. They drove away quickly, their hearts beating with indescribable gratitude. They knew they had been given a second chance but they also knew they had come into contact with supernatural forces When Hans and Sofia arrived at Hans’s house it was almost dawn the morning light was beginning to slowly emerge as if the world was greeting them after a long night of
suffering when they got out of the car their legs were very heavy as if they were still tied by the chains of fear they had passed through the cemeteries. They didn’t say anything for several minutes. They just stood silently outside the door searching for breath and calm. Hans opened the door slowly.
The smell of his house, the smell of the sofa, of the floor he had cleaned the day before, the smell of the tea that had been left in the kitchen was like medicine. It took the feeling of alienation out of them and made them feel like they were in a familiar place. For the first time since that night they felt safe.
Sofia collapsed onto the couch without even taking off her shoes. “I’ve never been so tired in my entire life.” she said, clutching her head. Hans sat next to her , his eyes red and thoughts racing. We barely escaped. Sofia knows with all my heart that it was a warning. There was no arguing. They were old enough to understand that they had crossed a line that shouldn’t be crossed and that it was a miracle.
They returned home alive. They sat in silence for a long time, contemplating. Slowly, a deep sleep fell upon them as if their bodies had suddenly shut down. They lay down right there in the living room. The next few days were a time of great change. Hans, who used to wake up with a hangover or the excitement of planning another adventure, now began to wake up wanting to do something completely different: pray.
He began with a short prayer of thanksgiving every morning. Something he had never done before. has ever done in all his youth. Sofia did not leave him behind. Every time they woke up they reminded each other. We were healed because we were forgiven. They knew they had been given a second chance not to lose.
After a week they decided to go to church. It was not Sunday but they just went to pray. They sat in the back pew quietly with their hands clasped. No matter how they prayed in the past. This time their prayers had real weight . The weight of people who touched the line between life and death. Hans paused for a moment and then turned to Sofia.
From today I no longer want a life of alcohol meaningless pleasures I no longer want to be lost. Sofia smiled gently. And so did I. what happened opened our eyes and they really did not go back to the clubs they loved nor did they return to their previous behavior they changed in a way that even their friends could not believe every Sunday Hans and Sofia were the first people to arrive at church.
They sat in the front they listened to the sermon they sang songs praising God with all their might . And every time they returned home they sat quietly and discussed what they had heard. Every now and then they reminded each other of their experience at the cemetery, the feeling of starting to make love forgetting where they were, the sounds of people laughing, the sudden light, the disappearance of their car, the big dragon and the talking bird they all laughed in surprise and shame. We were completely crazy. Sofia
used to say. But we are healed. Hans always answered. However, every time they laughed there was gratitude in it because they knew that in that laughter there was a memory of a warning that changed their lives. Hans’ friends were very surprised by his change. They called him, they looked for him in clubs.
They invited him to parties. But Hans gently refused them. I have changed bro I will not go there again. Some held their heads, others laughed at him. Others thought he was just pretending for a while but months passed and his change did not change. Sofia was also calmer and more respectful of her body and her life.
She was still a beautiful girl but now she had a light of a spiritual connection that had never been there before. Finally, after a period of their friendship growing on a new foundation of respect, trust, stability and change, they discovered that they truly loved each other. They were no longer the same people from that night lost in lust.
They were new people. Hans took Sofia’s hand one day as they walked after church and said, “Sofia, I know we’ve been through a lot but I want us to stay together I want you to be mine.” Sofia smiled, her eyes filled with tears of joy. And I too, Hans was my gift after death. A few months later they decided to get married.
A small, peaceful wedding filled with a few people who supported them. And in the wedding proposal Hans said something that will never be forgotten. We met in the dark and passed the grave and met death and now we stand before God alive. That is our love. And so their wonderful journey ended in light. A light they built through change, learning and faith.
The story closed peacefully but the memory of that night remained in their hearts forever as a reminder of the path they had left and new life for those who have moved.
