She Was KNDNAPPED On Her Way To a PARTY,You Won’t BELIEVE What….#storytime #folk #storytime – Ty
Be careful who you enter car with this season. Not every Uber is Uber. People say it like a joke. But that day for one girl called Blessing, it was not a joke at all. Blessing was in her final year in the poly techchnic where she lived in worry with her mother. She stayed in a two room house with her mother.
Lesson’s father was late so it was only her and her mother. Her mother, people call her Mama Blessing. She sold smokefish in the market. She worked very hard and with that business she was able to support Blessing up till that university level. Mama Blessing was a very spiritual woman.
She is a very god-fearing woman and she doesn’t use prayer to play at all. In the morning before leaving for market, she would pray. When she returns back from market before she sleep, she would pray. And she had always urged blessing to do the same. But blessing being a young girl who is full of life and don’t think things seriously ignored her mother’s warning.
One early morning, Mama Blessing woke up with a small shout, “Jesus!” She shouted, sitting up from the bed. She was sweating from her forehead. She looked around the room. It was as if someone put stone inside her heart. She turned and looked at Blessing, who was sleeping soundly on the same bed. She immediately got down from the bed and started tapping blessing to wake up.
Blessing managed to open her eyes. Mama, it’s not yet early in the morning now. It’s too dark. Allow me to sleep. I know. Mama blessing said to her or stand up, my daughter. We need to pray. But mama, we used to pray every morning before I leave for school. I have early class today.
I also have an emergency test. Mama, please, I need rest. Stand up, my child. I know that sleep is sweet but danger ah is something we shouldn’t play with. Blessing then managed to stand up from the bed and knelt down beside the mother and mama blessing began to pray. Father I thank you for my child. Cover her with your blood anywhere danger day remove her leg from there. any evil plan.
Baba God scatter them. After mama blessing was done praying, she turned back to her daughter. Blessing. Yes, mama. Blessing answered. Still sleepy. Listen to me very very well. Today do not enter any ride. No Uber, no boat, no ker, no taxi. Ha. Huh? Mama, why now? person asked the mother looking confused. I saw something in my dream. Oh, I don’t like him.
Blood, car, Christ. And I saw you. It wasn’t clear enough. But I know one thing. You must not enter motor today. If you must go anywhere, call me. I’ll follow you. Or better still, you take a walk. But don’t follow anybody and enter any car. I am warning you now. But mama, my school is far.
How do I trek to my school? You do so by getting up on time. Right now that we are done praying, start getting ready for school. Two of us will work halfway. I will go and buy my market and go and start selling while you continue your way to school. When you are coming back, do the same thing. Follow those of your classmates that used to trek.
Come back home with your legs. Do not enter any cow, no, no today. I am warning you. But blessing was not happy. Mama, why now? What sort of suffering is this? Are you sure it’s not just a ordinary bad dream? Remember you were watching one horrible film last night and I told you to stop watching that movie, but you did not listen.
Mama blessing wasn’t having it. Blessing my child, I am your mother. I know where something is not normal and I know where something is normal. This one is not normal though. Please promise me do what I ask you to do. Do not enter any car today. Please inside and manage to agree. Okay, mama. I promise I will not enter.
I will not enter. K. Are you happy now? I am happy. Oh, but blessing don’t follow anybody and go anywhere. If they like, let them beg you. Buy you shawama. Blessing say no. Yes ma. I will say no ma. Later that morning after blessing got ready for school, she was about to leave for school when the mother shouted from the kitchen. Blessing.
Yes, mama. Blessing reluctantly answered. Remember waiting I thought oh no right today. Oh please my daughter remember you are the only one I have. I beg. I don’t want anything to happen to you. Yes mama I remember. Blessing replied, “No Uber, no K. If I must move, I will call you.” She then stepped out. As Blessing walked to the junction, she wanted to stand with other students to enter the bus.
She then remembered what her mother warned her. Do not enter any car. Hi, but this woman want to suffer me today. That was how blessing used her leg and tre to school that day. Her leg was really aching her. But she had no choice than to obey her mother. By midday, she was resting under one of the shade in school when two of her close friends approached her. Favor and Kimmy.
They walked up to her and started talking to her. Blessing, blessing, favor shouted. See as you find this afternoon laughed now project babe now. Soon she found I am a workingclass woman. The three of them started laughing. People will not kill me with your talk talk. Blessing replied to them.
They all sat down with her more sin was curious. What’s the G? Tell me. Anything happen in school today? You you like me boy favor faced her. It’s not one life.

Yeah, we know that you are the only child and your father is late, but at least let her let you breathe small now. Well, girls, I understand what you guys are saying, but I’m very serious. I can’t go.
My mother had a very strange dream. Me as if I don’t want to. The last time I went against my mother, something terrible happened. Please, people should come out. Kimmy leaned closer to her and then said to her for blessing you see every day you be obeying dream it’s just small hang out it’s not even club it’s not even a wide party it’s a family house myself my cousin few friends what we are going to be doing there is just eat joke snap pictures and we come back there’s nothing wild the parents are there too they’re there to to monitor everything

Even if it’s 15 minutes you want to spend, at least come out of your boring life, girl. So, we’re going to see you in the evening. And that was how all of them went their separate ways. By the time blessing got home, the mother was in the kitchen cooking. She went and greeted her. Mama, good evening, mama. I am back.
Ah, welcome my dear. How was you today? Nothing much. Just project defense here and there rejecting my proposal. Those lecturers are really frustrating me mama. It is well my dear is what we all see in final year. They will frustrate you but just know that God passed them all. They cannot do more than what they cannot do.
Just then blessing entered her room and changed her clothes. She came out again carrying a small bag. And they said to her mother, “Mama, um, I know you said no going out, but I’m going out and I’m not going to spend so much time. Where are you going?” Your mother asked her, “Just a friend’s place, not far. I will come back early.” Which friend is that favor? On my favor? She stays not quite far from here.
So, I will just go there. We have some things to round up. By the time I’m done, I’ll be back. Blessing. I will not tell you not to go but remember what I told you this morning. Please my daughter don’t enter any ride. Don’t go far. We are in December period and a lot of evil are going on right now.
Please you know I don’t play with my spirituality and when something is not going well the way I want it to go well. I know evil is about to penetrate. So please my daughter I will keep praying for you but make sure that you are going to Fever’s house and that you will be there in less than few let’s say 5 minutes and you only spend 30 minutes and come back home please no late night walk blessing agreed and she left when she left she immediately called favor where are you people now I am outside already favor repliedh you have to book Uber and
come and meet us. We at the school gates just closer to the school gates. Blessing hesitated because her mother’s word of warning her not to enter any car or ride that day was still ringing in her ear. She thought of what to do but she had no choice because she cannot trek that evening. She then opened the Uber app and decided to book a ride.
Just then a car Toyota Ka number already showing the driver’s number Mr. Victor waiting 4.9 stars was the one that picked up her ride. When blessing saw that stars she felt relaxed. Ah this kind person that he gave almost five stars. Ah he must be a very good man. And in less than few minutes the car arrived. It was very neat simple.
Blessing greeted the man and the man smiled back. She then entered. As she sat inside the car, it was gospel music that was playing and that made lesson to feel a little bit relaxed. As they reached the school gate where favor and chem was there waiting for her, she called out to them. The Uber driver was confused.
He then asked Blessing, “Are we picking up more people?” “No, sir.” Blessing replied, “They have their own right. I just want to collect the address from them.” Blessing now said the favor. “Fever, please, can you send me the address?” But Favor told her, “There will be no need for that. Okay, I will just send you my location on WhatsApp.
All you need to do is tell your driver to follow us. Simple. Let’s have some little fun. We going to race and know who is going to reach there first. The place is not far. Don’t worry yourself. Don’t be afraid. Okay, that was how Favor and Kimmy entered the car behind them. Blessings Uber waited behind so that Fever’s car would come in the front and they all left.
Blessing was still anxious and worried. She keep asking the driver, “I hope you are still seeing them in the front.” “Yes, ma.” The driver replied, “Please follow them. Don’t lose them. I beg.” But this place that favor said is not that far. All of a sudden they were still in the car for 30 minutes and they have not gotten to that place.
At some point Blessing began to wonder what was going on. She then called Favor but Favor replied her with a chat. Stop calling girl so that you will not lose track of me. Keep following me. We will soon get there. Blessing was really tensed. She doesn’t know what to do. She just wanted to go back home, but it’s already too late. She cannot go halfway like that and just go back home.
So, she kept quiet, praying in her heart that she gets there safely. But they did not go far again when suddenly Aver’s car moved straight, but Victor did not. He slowed down and then turned the steering to another road. N started shouting, “Uh-uh, Mr. Victor, that is not the road they took. They went straight.
Why are you bending? But Mr. Victor smiled. Relax, sister. I know this area. This road is very bad. But this one we are going to follow now is the shortcut. I will join them from the other side. But blessing refused, sir. No, no, please follow them. I’m not comfortable. But the taxi driver kept on assuring Blessing that they would get there very soon because he drives there all the time and he knows all the shortsh shortsh shortsh shortsh shortsh shortsh shortsh shortsh shortsh shortsh short corners.
Just then blessing noticed that the man locked the whole door. She was not confused. Why did you lock the door sir? The taxi man smiled. It is for your safety my dear. You know when young girls like you are inside the car we don’t want any bad boys to just open and enter. Please don’t be don’t be worried, okay? It’s just for your safety.
But blessing was no longer feeling comfortable. She looked around her. They entered an environment where there is no houses, only bushes. She then started shouting, “Sir, please, I beg you. I don’t like this road. Let’s go back. Please, I’ll pay extra. I’ll triple the money.” But this time around, the taxi driver did not answer her.
Rather, he increased the volume of the music a little bit. This time it was no longer gospel song. He then switched to Afro beats. Blessings hand began to shake. She kept on shouting, “Sir, please stop this car. I’m not going again. I want to calm down.” She was crying and begging the man to stop the car. But the taxi driver was just busy laughing, telling her, “Calm down, my sister. You don’t wish just relax.
” And in few minutes later, the driver stopped the car and he stopped it in front of two men. She was begging, asking the man to please spare her life. But she’s the only child of her parent. But the taxi driver was busy laughing. Those two men that the man stopped for. They were not strangers to the driver.
They were actually waiting for the car. They were waiting for her. Immediately they turned. One of them was a harist who stood and was looking at her. This one are fresh meat though. Let’s do the do fast before we run out of time. Lesson started praying. She started praying. She didn’t even know where she gathered strength. And she started praying.
She wasn’t begging for her life anymore. She was just praying and asking God to forgive her, asking God to please give her another chance in this life. And if he does, she would never disobey her mother again. She will never lie to her mother. Blessing was crying. Blessing was shaking. Blessing was praying.
She kept on praying. But the harbalist asked her to shut her mouth. He brought out a knife from his pocket. He wanted to use the knife and cut Blessing’s wrist. What they needed was her blood. They needed her blood to enter one bottle like that. But when Blessings saw that knife, she started screaming, “Please don’t kill me.
My mother is waiting for me. Please don’t kill me. But those men did not look at her. They had already closed their hearts. Those ones, their heart is at the back. They don’t send anybody. Their only job is to kill. But as the man lifted off that knife to cut Bless’s wrist, something strange happened. It was now as if the knife the man brought is an old knife.
And immediately the knife wanted to touch blessing’s body. It broke into two was shocked. Wait this one now. He tried again again and again. Yet those knife became blunt and he couldn’t cut through lesson’s wrist. They have at least this incantation but nothing was working. His face changed immediately. What sort of stupid girl did you bring here? He fired back at the taxi driver.
This one is not ordinary now. Which one is that? The knife became blunt anytime I go close to her. And I can’t perform any ritual on top of her head. How can you waste my time all day waiting for you? I was even happy when you told me that you have gotten a bigger. What is this? This is the first time you are disappointing me.
The habalist kept on angrily yelling at the taxi driver. The taxi driver had to start begging. Oh yeah, her ballist. What may we do now? Eh, she’s the only one that booked me this evening. And being a young girl with nobody with her, she was a perfect person. If you say she she entered her friend’s car or maybe her friends were with her.
I was even able to carry her and come here. It’s because she was alone. So what should we do? Are you saying that we have wasted all this time? We have turned towards him. Yes, you have wasted all today and you brought nothing to me. Take this one out of your bagg and throw her on a moving vehicle. Make sure he’s a truck and then crush her and let her rest in peace.
If I can’t use her, she’s of no use to me. Mr. Victor, the taxi driver, angrily grabbed blessing, tied her legs and hand, and put her in the boot of the car. They carried her out of the bush. They now pushed her into a car like a sack. Nelson tried so hard to talk but she couldn’t because her mouth too was soluted.
They drove a far distance where all of a sudden they stopped their car and the threw blessing out of the car because they threw her without any mercy. Blessing’s head hit one of the rock and that was how she became half conscious. The two men ran away. It was a miracle that could save blessing this time around.
But because they don’t want to be caught, they were in a hurry and they were driving on speed when Kama was actually waiting for them. They did not look well when a truck, the same truck, the harista wanted it to kill blessing hit them because they were on too much speed. The driver was not looking and the truck did not see them coming.
That was how they jam each other and the car some sorted once, twice, three times and landed on the floor. The halist unfortunately was the first person to die instantly. He was seated at the back. His head smashed against the window and that was all. The driver himself his legs were gone. In fact, it was chopped off.
While the remaining guy all of a sudden could not see anything after glasses pierced through his eyes. People gathered all around. They were able to rescue the two guys but unfortunately they lost their sight. One lost his sight and one lost his leg while the halist died instantly. As for blessing, a security man that was working for night shifts.
He walked past the abandoned site at the back of the church where they threw blessing and that was where he cited blessing’s body. He started shouting for help and that was how blessing was rushed to the hospital. The mother was also called and the woman enter prayer. 3 days later blessing woke up in the hospital. Her mother was sitting beside her and she was crying and still praying when blessing opened her eyes.
When blessing opened her eyes and the first sight she saw was her mother, she couldn’t contain her tears. Mommy, I’m sorry. I should have listened to you. But Blessing’s mother was not angry. She was so happy that her daughter is back to her alive and healthy. He then said to her, “Blessing my daughter, you are alive. [snorts] That is enough for me.
There is no mistake you will do on this earth that will make me hate you. As far as your life, my daughter, nothing in this world matters to me.” And the next Sunday, Blessing stood on the church altar after recovering to give her testimony. My name is Blessing. I’m alive because God said so. I’m alive because God saved me.
I followed friends. I entered the wrong Uber. My mother warned me, but I did not listen. But God saved me. Please. Dear children, dear adults, dear teenagers, no matter your age, don’t follow every friend. Please always listen to your mother. Finally, this is a very hot season for a lot of people that wants to do bad things, ritual, they want to make money fast so that they will show the village people they have landed. I beg.
Let us all be very very very careful of the kind of ride we enter and the people we follow. Not every open door is from God though. Especially we girls, we need to be very careful. Please, I learned my lesson the hard way. Thank God I’m alive today and I’m grateful to my mom and I’ll forever be grateful to her. Lesson’s friends later reach out to her to apologize, but Lessie made sure she cut them off.

The Power of a Mother’s Prayer: A Student’s Miraculous Escape from a Deadly Kidnapping Plot
Article:
In the quiet, routine life of a final-year polytechnic student named Blessing, the world was measured in lectures, project deadlines, and the tender, persistent guidance of her mother, “Mama Blessing.” Living in a humble two-room house in Warri, the pair shared a bond reinforced by shared hardship and faith. Mama Blessing, a hardworking market woman who sold smoked fish, had poured every ounce of her labor and spiritual devotion into ensuring her daughter reached the university level. She was a woman who didn’t play with prayer; it was the foundation of their existence.
The event that would shatter their normalcy began with a dream. One early morning, Mama Blessing woke up in a cold sweat, gripped by an inexplicable, stone-like terror. She immediately felt an urgent, divine mandate to pray for her daughter. Blessing, still half-asleep, was initially resistant, but her mother’s intuition was not to be ignored. As they knelt together, the air in the small room grew heavy with the intensity of a mother’s petition, asking for protection from unknown dangers.
When the prayer ended, Mama Blessing delivered a stern, non-negotiable warning: “Do not enter any ride today—no Uber, no boat, no taxi.”
Blessing was confused and frustrated. Her school was far, and trekking in the sweltering heat was a significant burden. “Mama, why now? What sort of suffering is this?” she protested. But her mother was unwavering. She had seen something in her dream—a visceral flash of blood, a car, and her daughter—that left no room for debate. Reluctantly, Blessing promised to abide by the restriction, trekking to school on aching feet, driven by her mother’s spiritual resolve.
The turning point occurred at midday. Her classmates, Favor and Kimmy, approached her with an enticing proposition: an end-of-the-year house hangout at a cousin’s place. It promised free food, drinks, and music. Blessing initially declined, citing her mother’s warning, but the peer pressure was unrelenting. “Stop behaving like a grandmother,” they teased. “Your life is so boring.”
The pressure eventually wore Blessing down. She agreed to attend, but only for thirty minutes. When she returned home, she informed her mother—not that she was asking for permission, but informing her of her intent to visit Favor’s house nearby. Mama Blessing, sensing the atmospheric shift of impending evil, reiterated her warning: “Do not enter any ride. No late-night walks. I will keep praying.”
Blessing stepped out, but the reality of the distance quickly undermined her resolve. Favor and Kimmy pressured her to book an Uber to meet them at the school gates. Feeling the sting of the heat and the urgency of the moment, Blessing opened the app. A Toyota Camry with a high rating appeared. It seemed safe. It seemed normal. She entered the car, and for a few minutes, the gospel music playing on the radio eased her anxiety.
But the journey took an ominous turn. Instead of following the lead car driven by her friends, the driver, Mr. Victor, diverted to a secluded, bushy route, claiming it was a “shortcut.” When Blessing noticed the locks engaging and the isolation deepening, her heart began to race. “Sir, please, stop the car,” she begged. The driver didn’t respond, only increasing the volume of the music—a jarring transition from gospel to aggressive Afro-beats.
They arrived at an abandoned site in the middle of nowhere, where two men stood waiting. One, a herbalist, peered into the car with the predatory eyes of a scavenger. “Fresh meat,” he muttered. As he produced a knife to draw blood for his ritual, Blessing did not cower. She prayed. She prayed with the intensity of her mother’s morning petition, asking for forgiveness and a second chance.
The impossible then happened. As the herbalist attempted to cut Blessing’s wrist, the knife—a tool of dark intent—blunted and shattered in his hands. He tried again with another, but the blade broke. He stared at the terrified girl in total confusion, recognizing that she was shielded by a force he could not comprehend. Frustrated by the “failure” of his ritual, he ordered the driver to dispose of her. They tied her up, stuffed her into the trunk, and sped away, intending to dump her on a moving truck to stage a “crushing accident.”
The final divine twist was as violent as it was karmic. While speeding away, the driver and the herbalist, fueled by their own panic and haste, failed to see an oncoming truck. Their car collided with the vehicle, resulting in a catastrophic wreck. The herbalist died instantly, his head smashed against the glass; the driver lost his legs, and the accomplice lost his sight.
Back in the bushes, Blessing lay half-conscious, her head split open from the fall. She was discovered hours later by a night-shift security guard, who heard her faint cries for help. She was rushed to the hospital, hovering between life and death for three days. When she finally opened her eyes, her mother was there—praying, just as she always had.
The testimony that Blessing later shared on the church altar was not merely a story of kidnapping; it was a testament to the life-saving power of a mother’s intercession. She had survived the darkness by the narrowest of margins, learning the hardest lesson of her young life: peer pressure and the comforts of the modern world are no match for the spiritual vigilance of a mother’s love. For the students who had pressured her, the experience was a permanent barrier; for Blessing, it was a rebirth, forever binding her to the prayers that had pulled her back from the threshold of death.
