Jigawa has 27. Meanwhile, Lagos State, the most populated and economically viable state in the country, has only 20 Local Governments! Bayelsa, where the crude oil is actually drilled, has only 8 Local Governments!

“There is no bill that can pass in that National Assembly if the North does not say so, because the North as we have it today is the kingmaker,” the Pastor declared. “This is not the Federal Republic of Nigeria; this is the Federal Republic of the North. That is the truth. Very hard truth, but that is the truth.”
