That na why government create special groups like the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) and bring together local hunters and vigilantes to work hand-in-hand with the Nigerian Army. These guys supposed be our shield. They know the terrain, they know the language, they know every corner where bad guys fit hide. But wetin happen recently go shock even person wey hard to move.
