And sure enough, that promise came to fruition this year in 2026, when the academy’s first graduating class achieved a 100% graduation rate.

For Westbrook, [music] lifting up the underserved areas in LA isn’t just charity work. He considers it my duty and my honor, a responsibility and an immeasurable privilege. But that school is just one small branch on the massive legacy tree known as the Why [music] Not Foundation.

From hosting charity poker nights that raise millions of dollars to funding [music] STEM education programs, to partnering on green technology developments to combat pollution, to organizing Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas giveaways for underprivileged children. Recently, the foundation has even expanded into the green tech sector, partnering with LACI to fight air pollution in Los Angeles, alongside supporting the Team Why Not youth basketball program in the Eishia Bala, which includes both boys and two women girls teams. Everything he does revolves

around two exact words, why not? Why not has sparked inspiration and confidence for an entire generation. Just as Westbrook shared, “It’s a confidence builder.
